Monitor.
Fixed site cameras and dated snapshots for every project.
Verify.
Consultants review evidence against specifications.
Approve.
Owners authorise milestones with proof in front of them.
Pay.
Payment is released only against verified progress.
The problem
“Owners fund projects they cannot see. Payments go out on claims and invoices, with no proof the work was actually done.”
Over-payment, disputes, slow reporting and no reliable record when things go wrong.
The product
The platform, screen by screen.
Six views a developer, owner or consultant uses every week. Demo project shown.
Site visibility
Your project, wherever you are.
Fixed-camera views and dated site images from every project in one place. No site visit needed to know what happened today.
Progress
Know exactly where the project stands.
Planned versus actual progress by phase, weighted by milestone value, with schedule variance in days rather than opinions.

Evidence
Every completed stage has proof.
Each milestone carries its own gallery: camera snapshots, site photos, timestamps, who submitted them and what they document.

Verification
Technical approval before financial approval.
The consultant reviews the evidence and signs off technically. Only then does the payment request reach the owner.

How it works
Six steps from site to payment.
A single controlled sequence that every stakeholder can follow.
- 01
Monitor the project remotely
Fixed cameras and site uploads stream dated images into one project workspace.
- 02
Capture visual evidence
Every construction stage builds a visual record as it happens.
- 03
Contractor submits the milestone
Completed work is submitted with the evidence and the payment request attached.
- 04
Consultant verifies the work
The consultant reviews evidence against drawings and specifications, then signs off.
- 05
Owner authorises the payment
The owner authorises with the verified evidence in front of them.
- 06
Payment is released
Finance records the transfer against the authorised milestone, and the decision trail is permanent.
Payment governance
The evidence gate.
A payment cannot be authorised until the milestone is technically verified and visual evidence is attached.
- Payments stay locked until evidence and technical approval exist
- Each release records who approved, when, and against which images
- Append-only audit trail for dispute protection

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you sell or install cameras?
No. Cameras are installed and connected on site separately. BuildProof starts once the images arrive, turning them into evidence, approvals and controlled payments.
What if a site has no camera yet?
Site teams can upload dated photos as evidence until a fixed camera is connected.
Can evidence or approvals be altered later?
Every approval and payment is written to an append-only audit log with the actor, time and before/after values. Evidence keeps its original capture time and submitter. Cryptographic sealing is on our roadmap.
Can I control who sees what?
Yes. Roles are set at the company and project level: owner, consultant, contractor and read-only viewer.
Does BuildProof support Arabic?
Yes. The platform is fully bilingual with a complete right-to-left layout.
